Our promise to provide an exceptional experience for residents and their families begins during the admission process. Social Services staff help create a seamless transition for residents who are entering the facility for the first time, while maintaining focus on social and emotional needs. 

Residents of Country Manor are appointed a Social Work team that stays by their side throughout their entire stay. Once residents are settled in, our Social Services team remains active and present, working alongside residents, their families and staff to address questions, concerns and status changes. 

Social Services is available to ensure all admission, discharge and psycho-social needs are attended to. Additional psychological consultations and treatments are available to guests as needed.
