Country Manor Campus has their own on-site rehabilitation team, also known as
Champion Rehab.
Champion Rehab offers a complete spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, sub-acute and home care therapy services. Our nearly 6,000 square feet of on-site clinical space includes four spacious state-of-the-art gyms, a HydroWorx warm water therapy pool, private treatment rooms, specialized equipment and massage suite.
Residents of Country Manor’s Health Care Center appreciate they can receive Physical, Occupational, Speech, Massage and Aquatic Therapies without ever having to leave our campus. Champion Rehab Transporters even pick residents up in their rooms and provide a ride and/or walking assistance to their appointments at one of our on-site gyms.
Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center (our short-term, inpatient rehabilitation facility) is also available for guests.

Country Manor also offers an on-site, short-term rehabilitation facility, known as Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center.
Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center is regularly recognized for their clinical excellence, compassionate care and unique culture.
CONTINUUM OF CARE
Patients appreciate the fluidity of our facility as they are able to build trusting and meaningful relationships with their care team as they transition through care levels.
INTEGRATION
We work together to make care as convenient as possible. Rehab inpatients are offered a personal care team that may include: therapists, skilled nursing, registered dieticians, Social Services, Therapeutic Recreation and Spiritual Care (by request). On-site Physicians and Nurse Practitioners, 5 days a week. Country Manor Pharmacists are on campus 6 days a week.
