Includes: 24 hour licensed nursing, on-site rehabilitation, Spiritual Care with on-site Chaplains and 7,000 square foot non-denominational Chapel, Housekeeping/Laundry and a full-service salon and spa.
MEMORY CARE
With over 50 years of experience, we understand the unique characteristics associated with memory loss. We also understand that no two people will experience the stages of memory loss the same. Staff form special bonds with Memory Care residents that help us create individualized programs and atmospheres that enhance feelings of safety, comfort and joy for each individual we serve.
ANGEL ARMS
Country Manor’s exclusive End of Life program, also known as Angel Arms, is a collaborative effort of on-site staff from a variety of services that work together to provide physical, mental and emotional support for End of Life patients and their loved ones. Angel Arms staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
